As we know, we are living through a very challenging period since Covid 19 appeared and many of our habits have been changed.
Many people, even if they are struggling with severe stress, body pain or strong emotions, are unable to attend or a face-to-face shiatsu and acupressure session. This is why I'm offering online self-shiatsu and acupressure guided sessions. Each session is unique and tailored to the needs of the client in that particular moment, or period of life. The self-shiatsu guided sessions are a way to take care of ourselves, learning how to manage body pain, stress, to come back to one's core and realign our deep selves.
The Self-Shiatsu supervised sessions are good to maintain health and wellbeing on many levels: physical, emotional, mental and spiritual.
Among the benefits that you can achieve there are: body and mind relaxation; relieving from stress; relief strong emotion as fear, excessive worry, anxiety and anger.
Self-Shiatsu can help with pain and tensions too, as back and shoulders pain, spine stiffness, tight muscles, headache, stiff neck, insomnia and almost everything the classic Shiatsu face to face sessions can help with.
Regular sessions will boost your immune system, mental clarity, calm, self-confidence, self-awareness and self-esteem; they will also improve your digestive system, circulation, sleep pattern and energetic level.
How does a Shiatsu supervised session work?
After an introductory chat with the practitioner about your symptoms, needs and aims you want to achieve with the session, I will firstly guide you in an energetic self diagnosis that you can do on your own by simply touching your abdomen.
Depending on the state of your abdomen, you will be lead in a self-Shiatsu treatment tailored on your needs. It can include:
• breathing focused exercises
• Shiatsu meridian stretching
• self acupressure massage
• suggested visions
• qigong exercise
• asanas yoga
Each session is 1 hour long and it will be followed by an email with some indication and/or easy exercises that you can do on your own to maintain the benefits achieved with the session.
