Back pains are the most common ailments, and it is easy to understand why.
A lot of professions require us to spend hours sitting in front of a a desk or standing up in the some position. More often the rhythms of our daily life force us to pay too little attention to the needs of our body: we repeat the same movements or “non-movements” every day.

Each person responds in a different way to the treatments. In my experience I can say that sometimes one session bring significant improvements, whereas some other times a few treatments are required. It also depends on the pain’s origin.
Of course, even when helping with a back pain, the practitioner treats the receiver as a whole because the body and the mind are one interconnected set of anatomical and physiological elements and the real wellbeing can be only an overall well-being.
Even the Latin poet Juvenal once said “mens sana in corpore sano”, which means “heathy mind in healthy body”.
